New Enel Energia Website

Client: Enel Energia

Enel Energia, an Enel company operating on the free electricity and gas market, has commissioned Kora to design its new website, which will become a significant online resource for pre-sale communication.

Project Strategy
The aim of the project is to update Enel Energia’s digital identity with a site that is graphically simple, linear and designed around access criteria considerations, in order to offer visitors the broadest and best use of the site’s contents.
Developed with the aim of optimizing access to communication and information prior to a sale, and to make choosing and signing up for service online simple, the Enel Energia site will strengthen and reinforce its separate identity but one that is still in keeping with the Enel portal. To meet Enel Energia’s communication objectives, Kora proposed reorganizing the site and adding new graphics.
To meet the needs of various target users and present offers in a simple and intuitive way, the home page features a main menu listing five customer categories: families, professionals and businesses, apartment blocks, large businesses and public administration. On the new Enel Energia site, which will be a genuine customer service tool, users will be directed to the most helpful information for their specific target group with the aim of improving their contractual relationship with the company.
In the reserved area, registered users will be able to access additional Enel Energia information, and take advantage of a series of exclusive special services.

Creative Design and Technology
The creative concept behind the new site was to meet the need for clear, effective communication with users. To accomplish this goal, Enel’s company colours – blue and orange – were used.  The design was developed taking into consideration access criteria requirements and limitations.
